Training Add-Ons

Feedback Sessions
Feedback Sessions give you the opportunity to receive detailed feedback and answers to questions you may have about tutorials, training, lessons, and workshops.

Pre-Requisite

You should have a minimum of 6 months of aerial pole or aerial fabric experience.

Duration

You will have 365 days to complete the training and exam.
We expect each level to take between 4-6 hours depending on the student's pole and aerial skill level.
Recommended personal practice time: 20-40 hours. This includes working on individual moves and transitional FabPole flows in both directions.

Exam

If you opt for the exam/certificate, you'll receive instructions about the exam process and how to submit your exam at the end of the course. The exam is a practical examination, you will audibly instruct and demonstrate your teaching techniques for the moves in each level. You may demonstrate the moves yourself or instruct a student to demonstrate the moves.
*Completion of Level 2 requires the ability to do or instruct handsprings/Ayesha. **

During the exam, there will be additional troubleshooting questions to evaluate your understanding of FabPole and its nuances. The exam typically takes about 1-2 hours to complete and will be by video submission whenever you feel prepared to do so.

If possible, attend classes and workshops, engage in teaching and spotting practice, and shadow and co-teach with others.
