If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you must inform Leesi and arrange a new appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being forfeited. If you do not show up or fail to cancel and reschedule your workshop, lesson, or feedback session the activity will be forfeited. We understand that unexpected things can come up. Therefore, you are allowed one rescheduling if you need to cancel less than 24 hours in advance. Please note that if you do not show up within the first 10 minutes of your scheduled activity time, the rescheduled session will be reduced by 10 minutes.
