FabPole products such as NWSS go through a quality control check for any defects.
We do experience issues every once in a blue moon and would be happy to replace or repair the product for defects not caused by incorrect use.

Please provide us with an image of the defect and any concerns via email at info@fabpole.net for us to help you with this process.

Purchases of NWSS and FabPole fabric can be returned for a full refund if the item is in its original packaging, smoke-free, and unused.

By purchasing or using aerial equipment, including, but not limited to, vertical poles, fabric, carabiners, swivels, slings, runners, daisy chains and any other forms of equipment, the purchaser or user agrees that FabPole™ and L’Ru Studios LLC is not liable for any damage, injury, or death caused during the use of aerial equipment and/or aerial dance, acrobatics activities and/or any other activities or equipment. FabPole™ and L’Ru Studios LLC advise that you consult and/or hire a professional aerial coach for instruction. It is recommended that a professional rigger be hired for installation of these and all aerial apparatus. FabPole™ fabric/silks should only be used for FabPole activities and dance.  You should never use this product for aerial dance or acrobatics.

To determine how much fabric you will need, first you’ll need to know the height of your pole.

Once you know the height of your pole, it’s time for a little math.

Here’s the Breakdown:
Step 1: Double the length of your pole in feet
Step 2: Add 2 additional feet for your Tail and Rigging
Step 3: Divide that number by 3 for a total number of yards

Example: 
For an 8 Foot Pole:
Step 1: Double the length of your pole in feet: 8 ft x 2 = 16 ft
Step 2: Add 2 additional feet for you Tail and Rigging: 16 ft + 2 ft = 18 ft
Step 3: Divide your result by 3 for a total number of yards: 18 / 3 = 6 yards

If your result ends in a fraction, it’s best to round up since you will order from the web site using yards as your quantity.

Although this is a great way to determine your minimum length, you are not limited to the height of your pole! You can actually use FabPole at any height pole. Just place the Nexus Wrap at your preferred height and get to spinning!
